Typical first meeting with Jeromey

The first meeting at a new property is one of Jeromey’s most enjoyable appointments. All country properties are innately different and there is much to learn from the current owners, whom usually love their property and know more about its features than anyone.

These are casual appointments where unscripted conversations lead both property owner and Jeromey to a greater understanding of what potential synergies exist. Owners can ask any questions they desire and everything you tell Jeromey will remain confidential until you tell him otherwise. Depending on the size of the property and nature of the improvements these appointments usually last from 2-3 hours.

After the first appointment if desired, Jeromey will work up a marketing proposal, CMA (comparative market analysis) and listing contract for your review at a scheduled follow up appointment.
